<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator in which a connecting line connected to a displacement part can be prevented from being broken. <P>SOLUTION: The actuator 100 comprises: a first piezoelectric element 1 and a second piezoelectric element 2 that generate displacements; a chip member 3 that is connected to one-side ends of the first piezoelectric element 1 and the second piezoelectric element 2, and composes the displacements of the first piezoelectric element 1 and the second piezoelectric element 2; a drive part 10 composed of a base member 4 that fixes other-side ends of the first piezoelectric element 1 and the second piezoelectric element 2; a rotor 20 that is driven by being transmitted with a driving force by the chip member 3; and a flexible board 60 that electrically connects the first piezoelectric element 1 and the second piezoelectric element 2 and the outside. The flexible board 60 is bent at least at two points in the vicinity of the connecting point of the first piezoelectric element 1 and the second piezoelectric element 2 along bending lines 65a to 65d, and located inside planes 71a, 71b wherein each bending line 65a to 65d passes through the center 72 of the oscillatory rotation of the drive part 10, or in the vicinity thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
