PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide service for recording various sorts of information such as a moving image and a voice message in an optional recording medium in order to add the information to a delivery such as a gift.

SOLUTION: Additional information 12 to be attached to an optional delivery 44 and delivered, medium specification information 13 for specifying a recording medium for recording the additional information and delivery method specification information 14 for specifying a method for delivering the recording medium are received from an optional terminal device 10 through a network 1. A plurality of medium output devices 30 are connected to the network 1. Medium output device information 56 indicating the installed places of respective medium output devices and the sorts of media allowed to be outputted is stored in a storage device 5. An output device selection means 4 refers to the medium output device information 56 and selects a medium output device satisfying conditions indicated in the medium specification information 13 and the delivery method specification information 14 which are received by an information receiving means 21.
