<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience for use by displaying the residual time at a displaying part until oil temperature of a pan reaches the set-up temperature when cooking fried foods. <P>SOLUTION: In the induction heating cooker which is provided with a temperature detecting device 18 in the main body 1 and which controls the oil temperature in a pan 20 placed on the top plate 2 by the temperature detecting device 18, after the temperature in the pan 20 by the temperature detecting device 18 reaches the set-up temperature 1, it is maintained within the set-up temperature 1 and a set-up temperature 2 which is higher than the set-up temperature during a designation time (T), and after the designation time (T) elapses, it is noticed that it has reached the appropriate temperature, and at a point of time when the temperature reaches the set-up temperature 1, the residual time of the designation time (T) is displayed in the display part on the top plate 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
