PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light intercepting device which is compact and driven at high speed. SOLUTION: The light intercepting device 100 has a movable board structure body 110 and two magnets 122a and 122b. The movable board structure body 110 has a frame 111, a hinge 112 one end of which is connected to the frame 111, a movable board 113 connected to the other end side of the hinge 112 and a light shielding board 114 provided at the end part of the movable board 113. The light shielding board 114 is extended nearly perpendicular to the upper face of the movable board 113. The movable board structure body 110 further has driving wiring 116 provided on the upper face of the movable board 113 and a pad 117 for providing an electrical connection of the driving harness 116 with the external apparatus.
