PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cancel the occurrence of liquid dripping and falling in drops from a dispensing nozzle and the occurrence of dispensation mistakes due to blocking of the dispensing nozzle, in a liquid-dispensing device A. SOLUTION: A through hole 30 is provided at a part corresponding to an opening 20 at each upper end side of a plurality of dispensing nozzles 2, suspended in parallel with the lower surface of a head (c) on the upper surface of the head (c) in the liquid-dispensing device A. The lower-half side of a removal rod 3 in which the lower end side is set to be an outer diameter corresponding to the inner diameter of a needle tip section 2a at the tip of the dispensing nozzle 2 is retained airtightly and is inserted into each of the through holes 30 so that the lower-half side can be elevated freely. The upper end side of the blocking removal rods 3 is connected to the lower surface side of an operating table 4, that is arranged at the upper surface side of the head (c) and is elevated by an elevation drive mechanism (g), and the drive of the elevation drive mechanism (g) is controlled to be interlocked to dispensing operation to be made by the driving of a pump device P.
