摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which a circuit board having a circuit pattern formed on a substrate by screen printing can be manufactured without damaging the circuit pattern, and to provide a method by which a ceramic green sheet having a circuit pattern formed on its surface by screen printing and sinterability can be manufactured without damaging the circuit pattern, and a method by which a multilayered ceramic substrate on which a circuit is formed can be manufactured by using the ceramic green sheet having the sinterability. SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the circuit board, a circuit is first formed on a substrate by screen printing conductive paste on the substrate. Then the circuit board having the circuit formed on its surface is manufactured by adhering an ultraviolet-curing resin to the surface of an obtained circuit pattern, and preventing the circuit pattern from being damaged by curing the ultraviolet-curing resin on the surface of the conductive paste by projecting ultraviolet rays upon the resin.
