PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a correction of a pixel value of a range with a movement of photographed image data to efficiently executed. SOLUTION: In correction processing of a pixel value of a specific range such as a range with a movement, a difference or an initial value of a ratio between image data to which a white balance adjustment is performed and image data with flash light emission is set, the initial value is converted according to a conversion equation in which weight is set based on a smoothing filter or the image data with flash light emission, an estimated value of the image difference or the image ratio in the range with movement is calculated, and a pixel value correction in the range with movement is executed by applying the estimated value. Also, a high resolution correction image is generated on the basis of a correspondence between the corrected image and low resolution image data after the white balance adjustment applying a low resolution image and the pixel value correction of a part with movement.
