PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure for a vehicle battery to be mounted on the body frame of a vehicle, capable of fixing the battery being waterproofed, vibration isolated, and insulated electrically. SOLUTION: The battery 2 for the vehicle includes a seal member 14 consisting of an upper holder 16 and a lower holder 17 in the form of moldings made from rubber or resin, wherein the upper holder 16 is formed by inserting to its inside a stopper 18 in the form of a flanged pipe while the lower holder 17 is formed by inserting a nut 21 and an outer 22 to the inside and outside. This battery 2 is formed through such procedures that the outer 22 of the lower holder 17 is screwed into the seat 29 of the body frame 11 and fastened, a case 12 is mounted with its bulged portion 12a put on the lower holder 17, and then a bolt 3 is threaded to a battery holder 2a and driven into the nut 21 of the lower holder 17 to generate fixation.
