PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ceramic electronic parts and its manufacturing method for improving the continuity of an internal electrode layer while suppressing the lowering of the adhesiveness between a dielectric layer and the internal electrode layer and the deterioration of a function of the internal electrode layer. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of a ceramic capacitor 10, a dielectric layer 12 including an electrode layer 14 laminated thereon is formed by applying and calcining electrode paste 22 on the surface 20a of a green sheet 20. BaTiO<SB>3</SB>powder is added to the electrode paste 22, so that the deterioration of the adhesiveness between the dielectric layer 12 and the internal electrode layer 14 after the calcination is significantly suppressed and the temperature of starting sintering approaches that of the green sheet 20. Further, a metal resinate is added to the electrode paste 22, so that the deterioration of the function of the internal electrode layer 14 when the insulating BaTiO<SB>3</SB>powder is added to the electrode paste 22, is significantly suppressed, and the temperature of starting the sintering of the internal electrode layer approaches that of the green sheet 20.
