PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving contact body surely operable and easy to thin and to provide a remote-control transmitter using it, in relation to a moving contact body used for remote operation of various kinds of electronic apparatuses, and a remote-control transmitter using it. SOLUTION: By composing this moving contact body 11 by forming a thin dome-like elastic part 11C for connecting a sheet-like base material part 11A to an operation part 11B projected upward between the undersurface of the base material part 11A and the undersurface of the operation part 11B, the height of the contact body 11 can be lowered by the dimension of the thickness of the base material part 11A, whereby the moving contact body surely operable and easy to thin and this remote-control transmitter using it can be provided.
