PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baking sheet in an inexpensive flat shape. SOLUTION: The baking sheet 3 comprises a stainless steel upper plate 12 pasted to the reverse face of a supporting frame 11. Thus, it has reduced cost and an inexpensive flat shape. Furthermore, its double structure with the upper plate 12 laid on a lower plate 13 secures sufficient strength even when the expensive stainless steel upper plate 12 is made thinner to reduce material cost. Namely, using a stainless steel plate in good appearance for a portion that a user can view and an inexpensive material for a portion that he cannot view, the baking sheet 3 compatibly attains design quality and mechanical strength in an inexpensive manner.
