PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an explosive loading method and a compact device for the same facilitated in maintenance and capable of safely and accurately loading explosive and easy to be operated by one worker by loading the explosive without using a pump. SOLUTION: In the explosive loading device for loading a blasting hole with the cream-like explosive housed in a storage tank through a loading tube, a supplying unit quantitatively supplies the explosive housed in the storage tank to the loading tube, and the loading tube receives the explosive supplied from the supplying unit in a receiver part thereof, and the explosive flowing into the loading tube from the receiver part is made to stay inside a long tubular stay part. A pig body having the nearly same diameter with the inner diameter of the stay part and moving inside the stay part with operation of a gas control unit is moved by the gas control unit positioned in a root of the stay part to feed the pressurized air to the stay part, and the explosive staying in the stay part is thereby extruded, and all the explosive is discharged from a discharge unit provided in a tip of the stay part to discharge the explosive.
