PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precast PC member, a method of manufacturing the precast PC member, and a method of jointing these precast PC members capable of introducing prestress also in the precast PC member and the other member. SOLUTION: In this precast PC member 3, the intermediate part of a PC steel material is buried in the cross section of the precast PC member and the end part of the PC steel material is fixed to a precast PC member body for adding precast thereto. The tip side of a pre-tensed hollow PC steel bar 1 in a prestress introducing device 4 for connection and concrete is buried, separately from the PC member, in the precast PC member 3 on on end part or both end parts thereof supporting mainly a tensile stress. A prestress force is held in the hollow PC steel bar 1, the base end of the device 4 is disposed to be extended from the end part of the precast PC member 3 to the outside.
