PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifouling coating composition which forms an excellent antifouling film having a property of uniformly being consumed at a constant rate for a long period, as well as retaining an antifouling property for a long period, stably exhibiting an excellent antifouling property for a long period, in particular exhibiting an excellent antifouling property at a draft zone whereto aquatic organisms are apt to deposit, well balancing these characteristics and suitably applicable even to an ocean vessel; to provide the antifouling coating film; and to provide a vessel, an underwater construct, fishing implements or a fishing net coated with the film, and antifouling processes therefor. SOLUTION: The antifouling coating composition contains at least one copolymer (A) selected from the group consisting of a metal-containing copolymer (A1) and a polymerizable unsaturated carboxylic acid silyl ester copolymer (A2), surface treated zinc oxide (B), copper or a copper compound (C), and optionally contains zinc oxide (D), an extender (E), an organic antifouling agent (F) or other additive components.
