PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mudguard attachment structure for a bicycle equipped with a front wheel mudguard plate whereby a caliper part is not abutted at assembly of a disk brake and replacement of a stay for attaching the mudguard plate can be dispensed with. SOLUTION: In this structure, a mudguard attachment stay 4 is adopted wherein a base part is connected to a tail predetermined portion of the mudguard plate 1 and the other is connected to a predetermined portion of a front fork 2. An end of the attachment stay on the front fork side is curved (curved part 43) so as to bypass a disk brake attachment region (attachment region of a caliper part 6) downward or outward.
