PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress shaft run-out in rotation of a screw shaft by bearing both ends of the screw shaft in a slide rail structure of a power seat for the vehicle, and to reduce occurrence of an abnormal sound. SOLUTION: Bearing members 31 and 60 for supporting the screw shaft 40 on one rail of a lower rail 10 and an upper rail 20 are disposed at two respective positions of a gear box 30 side position connected to one end 40a of the screw shaft and the other end side 40b position of the screw shaft separated farthest from the gear box side.
