PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform buildup welding of a crushing roller(referred to as a roller hereafter) of a vertical mill in an attached state to a rotary shaft, without removing the roller, a welding object, from the vertical mill. SOLUTION: The rotary driving apparatus is directly attached to the roller rotary shaft, the welding object, without making the driving apparatus for rotating the roller a separate type.
