PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shower cleaning method attaining an improved cleaning efficiency by showering water, or the like even on small parts without using much amount of water, and the like. SOLUTION: A spray port is provided on one side of a cleaning head. Water is supplied to the cleaning head with the one side brought close to a body to be treated. Diameters of water particles are made almost uniform nearly in the range of at most 100μm. Water is sprayed from the spray port of the cleaning head on the body to be treated by ultrasonic vibration. The ultrasonic vibration is applied from the one side of the cleaning head on the sprayed small fine particles. Thus, the ultrasonic vibration is transferred to the fine particles or the body to be treated, and in this state, the particles are hit onto the body to be treated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
