PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform attaching and detaching work and repair by largely opening a mechanism plate to a rear side in the state of closing a front frame without detaching or opening the front frame with respect to an outer frame. SOLUTION: A pivotally supporting member 60B is constituted of a shaft member 61B where a shaft part is formed and a bearing member 66B where a bearing part for rotatably supporting the shaft member 61B is formed, the shaft member is provided on one of one side edge on the connection side of a base frame 43B and the mechanism plate 45, and the bearing member is provided on the other. The horizontal surface of the bearing part or the shaft part formed in the shaft member or the bearing member where a slide part is formed is formed by being projected to an oblique rear part roughly in a horizontal direction from a side face on one side of a rear part in the slide part, and a recess G is formed such that the pivotally supporting member 60B does not interfere on the rear part inner surface of one side edge to be the side of the pivotally supporting member of the mechanism plate 45 on the outer frame 2.
