PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a deflection of an X-ray irradiating position due to thermal expansion of a positive electrode of an X-ray tube. SOLUTION: This X-ray tube control device is so constituted as to measure a surface position of the positive electrode 22, move a tube vessel 91 of the X-ray tube 11 using a linear bearing 94, a movable part 95, a lead screw 96, a nut 97 and a motor 98 based on the measured surface position, and adjust the position of the positive electrode 22 in the rotating shaft direction.
