PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device with a rotating speed detector, having reduced weight and cost. SOLUTION: The bearing device with the rotating speed detector comprises a pulse generator 8 provided on a rotation side member out of an outward member and an inward member and a sensor 12 opposed to a resting side member. On the resting side member, a resin holder 6 is mounted in which a storage pocket 9 for the sensor 12 is formed. Into the storage pocket 9, a head 13 of the sensor 12 is inserted on which a mounting carrier 14 is applied. Thus, the outer face of a cover 14b of the mounting carrier 14 engages with a pair of engagement portions 15a, 15b provided on the inner face of the storage pocket 9, and it can be fixed thereto in an anti-come-off state.
