The device is suitable for mounting in a radiator grill arrangement using first and second attachment arrangements at a distance apart corresponding essentially to a vertical extent of the grill, whereby at least one of the attachment arrangements consists of a guide device with a groove (25) and a journal (27) guided within it. The groove extends at least partly in the vehicle's longitudinal direction and the journal is movable within the groove as a result of an externally acting force. An independent claim is also included for a radiator grill arrangement.
