A content use control method includes: a step for registering permission information relating to use of a content and registering a content use subject (a user terminal or a plurality of user terminals); a step for a use subject to acquire a content use right according to the permission information; a step for issuing a license for using the content according to the permission information and the use request from the use subject; and a step for distributing a content appropriate for the use subject among a plurality of contents to the use subject according to the use request.
