<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit device having a structure for suppressing a leak current between patterns. <P>SOLUTION: The circuit device 10 has a circuit element 13 and a desired conductive pattern 12 and resin molded integrally. The conductive pattern 12 includes a first conductive pattern 12A connected with the high impedance input terminal of the circuit element 13, a second conductive pattern 12B provided in proximity to the first conductive pattern, and a guard conductive pattern 12C extending between the first and second conductive patterns wherein a leak current is prevented between the first conductive pattern 12A and the second conductive pattern 12B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
