<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive composition forming a lithographic printing plate which has superior wear resistance and chemical resistance, has a high printing durability for normal ink or UV ink and a wide range of development conditions, and generates no stains in printing, and to provide a photosensitive composition forming a flexible film which comes in good contact with a substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive composition contains: an alkali-soluble vinyl polymer which has a ring structure in a main chain and also has an active imide group as an alkali-soluble group; and o-naphthoquinone azide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
