<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate polarizing film peeling work. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid crystal device is provided with: a panel part 4 which is constituted by sealing a liquid crystal between a 1st substrate 2 and a 2nd substrate 3 which are arranged opposite to each other; and a polarizing film 5 which is bonded to the surface of the panel part 4 with an adhesive material to control the polarization characteristics of light passing through the surface of the panel part 4 and has, at least on a portion of the edge side, a peeling assist part 7 not stuck on the surface of the panel part 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
