PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To streamline operations and equipment management and to make it possible to decrease energy cost, by using a pole-mounting high-voltage receiving facility, in medium- and small-scaled power-consuming enterprises. SOLUTION: A main breaking device is upgraded to secure higher safety. A vehicle for high lift work is used for maintenance management.
