METHOD OF PACKET TRANSMISSION USING HYBRID AUTOMATIC REPEAT REQUEST

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a receiving end to perform the decoding of transmitted sub packets of variable length even if any sub packet is missing, by reconstitution a packet from the sub packets. SOLUTION: A method of packet transmission comprises steps of: generating a packet by repeating a bit stream including information desired to be transferred; separating at least one sub packet from the packet, in which the sub packet is transferred from a start point determined by a rule mutually made by a transmitting end and the receiving end; informing transmission start point information by the transmitting end through a control channel using a sub packet identifier; and transferring the sub packet through a data transfer channel in accordance with the transmission start point information.
