PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make exchange operation of a recording medium simple by enabling exchanging a plurality of recording media at a time. SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with a apparatus main body 11, a stocker 12 housing a recording medium 1, and a stocker conveying mechanism 31 for conveying the stocker 12 to the outside and inside of the apparatus main body 11 in the parallel direction to a main surface of the recording medium 1, wherein the stocker 11 is stood outside the apparatus main body 11, the recording medium 11 is constituted so that exchange can be performed by gripping the the outer rim part.
