PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a cluster system for surely executing the rearrangement of a service corresponding to the execution status of a service such as the dynamic change of load status after the optimal rearrangement of a service. SOLUTION: In a computer system for realizing a cluster system by using two or more computers, a cluster control part 10 is provided with a service optimal arranging means 11 which assigns a service to the optimal computer according to policy information and a service rearranging means 12 which executes the rearrangement of a service according to the change of the load status of each computer.
