PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem where it is desirable that intervals (selection intervals) selecting information from one bus master agrees with processing time processing the information transferred from the master bus by a common resource; however, the operating frequency of the bus master differs from that of a control means controlling the common resource, preventing these times from complete agreement with each other; thus, the problem is found in that the bus master and the common resource are not used as efficiently as possible; and to provide a resource management apparatus capable of efficiently using the bus master and the common resource. SOLUTION: The resource management apparatus comprises: an information selection section C having an operation speed different from an operation speed of the common resource (common memory) F and selecting information consisting of a command and data transferred from any of the plurality of bus masters M1-M5 to the common resource; a buffer section D for storing the information selected by the information selection section C; and a timing adjustment section B for controlling timing of the information selection in the information selection section C so that the sum of selection time required for selecting a plurality of predetermined volumes of information in the information selection section C is nearly equal to the sum of processing time in the common resource.
