PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable pillow, which allows the user to sleep better in a train or the like by stably holding the head thereof. SOLUTION: The portable pillow is composed of a bag-shaped pillow cover and an air bag storable therein. The air bag is composed of left and right swollen portions and a communicating portion for communicating between the swollen portions. The left and right swollen portions of the air bag respectively having shapes of longitudinally elongated balls closer to each other at the lower portions thereof are made to communicate with each other by the communicating portion constituted of a pair of pipes.
