PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the use of a panel as a shelf board and a hanger rack, assuring a strength in such a construction that two boards glued together across a shaft material, and arranged continuously with gaps of the same size as the thickness of the board are connected with horizontal boards of the same width and thickness as that of the board and pipes as connectors for the panel, and that both the faces can be used by using short shelf boards on outer surfaces. SOLUTION: Horizontal boards (2) are glued together across a shaft material (1). The horizontal boards are glued continuously with gaps (4) in which a shelf board (3) can be inserted and make a sheet of a panel, and pits (5) for pipes are made at predetermined places in the panel. Shelves and hanger racks are made between panels by attaching a required number of the shelf boards (3) and the pipes (6) at required positions, and it makes the panel work independently.
