PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a shape steel which excels in an adhesive force to a concrete, and a wall which is made to be thinner. SOLUTION: In a wide flange shape steel having a plurality of projections on its inner surface, an upper side width b<SB>2</SB>of each of the projections in a cross section perpendicular to the surface of the wide flange shape steel having the projections, a projection height h, and a projection pitch P satisfy both inequalities of P/h≤10 and P/b<SB>2</SB>≥4. In the wall using the wide flange shape steels as structural members, a plurality of the wide flange shape steels are erected in a longitudinal direction of the wall with the outer surfaces of the flanges facing the wall surface.
