PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for maximally effectively utilizing the indoor height in its restriction height, in a steel frame unit building with its height restricted to suit the convenience of trucking service. SOLUTION: A girder 20 in a hut frame 16 of a unit building, is composed of an upper chord member 20a and a lower chord member 20b vertically divided into two parts in a dimension of the beam height Dh. A plurality of purlin materials 21 arranged at a required interval, are inserted and supported in the orthogonal direction into and by inserting clearance 30 of the upper chord member 20a and the lower chord member 20b. By supporting a ceiling material 31 by a groove opening part 33 of the lower chord member 20b composed of channel steel, the ceiling material 31 and the purlin material 21 are arranged in a range of the beam height Dh of the girder 20 in the hut frame 16.
