PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening-closing mechanism of a rear side panel easy in opening-closing operation, and stoppable in an intermediate position reaching full opening. SOLUTION: An opening-closing regulating tool 23 is arranged between a cabin 4 and the rear side panel 11 positioned on the left and right sides of a seat 8 in the cabin 4, and is constituted so as to allow an opening state of full opening of the rear side panel 11, and to position the rear side panel 11 in opening in the middle of reaching the full opening. The rear side panel 11 is installed by being energized outside. When energizing and moving the opening-closing regulating tool 23 in the opening direction from a closing state of the rear side panel 11, the rear side panel 11 is automatically positioned in the opening in the middle of reaching the full opening.
