PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible packaging bag, which has a cut-away portion for forming a spout and prevents the slippage of fingers on a grip in cutting away the cut-away portion to facilitate and ensure the formation of the spout. SOLUTION: The flexible packaging bag is made of a film material, and the spout is formed on the packaging bag by cutting away the cut-away portion along a cutting instruction line.
