<p>Torque transmission between end of axially movable drive shaft(12) and cutting blade rotor(11) is via tubular slit spring around drive shaft. The spring connects shaft and blade rotor around periphery of flexible joint(14,15) radially located between drive shaft end and blade rotor. Torque transfer is performed by tubular slit springs arranged in ring around drive shaft. Torque transmission between the end of an axially movable drive shaft(12) and a cutting blade rotor(11) is via a tubular slit spring around the drive shaft. The spring connects the shaft and blade rotor around the periphery of a flexible joint(14,15) radially located between the drive shaft end and blade rotor. Torque transfer can also be performed by tubular slit springs arranged in a ring around the drive shaft. A flange on the drive shaft is connected via the springs to a blade rotor around the periphery of a flexible joint between the flange and rotor. The flexible joint comprises a ring(15) with a spherical outer surface and an opening with a corresponding spherical inner surface(14) in the blade rotor(11). A screw(17) holding the ring onto the front end of the drive shaft allows easy ring removal of the ring.</p> |
