Measuring state of health of body and organs, freshness of food or criminal expertise, determines and analyses dielectric constant of biological material

Health of an organism is determined with the aid of the dielectric constant of biological materials of the patient. Measurements are taken from the body of a patient. The instrument is fixed, but the body can be rotated and displaced along an axis. The instrument is essentially a capacity meter. It has adjustable plates which are air-insulated and are located on either side of the body or body part. The plates are alternatively contained in a pipette tip for a body fluid. Displacement sensing and computer connection facilitate production of a tomographic representation. An independent claim is included for the corresponding instrument.
