<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of pieces of dampers and to secure a large space in a rotating area of the damper to solve a problem in a conventional air trunk switching device that as many dampers are used, and a control system is complicated, the cost for construction is high. <P>SOLUTION: The air trunks 2a, 2b, 2c are connected with an air trunk switching box 1, and a rotary damper 3 is rotated on a certain point as a fixed pivot in the air trunk switching box 1. The rotary damper 3 has the effect of closing the air trunk switching box 1 and the air trunks 2a, 2b, 2c. The air trunks 2b, 2c are opened when the air trunk2a is closed.
