<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of handling a sheet on a loading means by air heated by a heating means and handling the sheet on the loading means by hot air in a short time after inputting an instruction for starting image formation while suppressing consumption of electric power of the heating means as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: This image forming device is provided with a fan 417 for blowing air for a sheet loaded on a paper deck 401, a heater 14 heating air blown by the fan 417, an operation part 30 setting quality of material of the sheet loaded on the paper deck 401 and inputting an instruction for starting image formation, and a control part 16 starting heating control of the heater 14 without waiting an instruction for start from the operation part 30 when forming image on the sheet fed onto the paper deck 401 in which coated paper or art paper is set. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
