<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a credit ID lending system for safely managing a credit card system, and for suppressing issuing costs for users, and for preventing flow out of credit card numbers. <P>SOLUTION: An enterprise for which credit cards 1a to 1c are issued from a credit company lends the credit cards 1a to 1c to its employees. An automatic ticket gate system 3 through which the employees pass subtracts a traffic fare from the electronic value balances of the credit cards 1a to 1c for performing prepaid settlement, and when the electronic value balance is not more than the charge judgment value, the automatic ticket gate system performs credit settlement for charging electronic values of the same value as the charge value. The prepaid settlement information is transmitted to a lending server device 7 while the credit settlement information is transmitted to a credit server device 5.
