METHOD FOR OBTAINING WAITING TIME FOR PENSION CONSULTATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire waiting time of a person who visits for consultation without imposing any labor on a person in charge of pension consultation in the consultation counter of pension.

SOLUTION: This waiting time obtaining method includes: obtaining an acceptance number issued by an acceptance number issuing machine and time when this acceptance number has been acquired by an achievement collecting device connected through a line when a person who visits for consultation waits for pension consultation; inputting the achievement information of consultations by using an electronic pen to further obtain it by the achievement collecting device; and calculating and obtaining the waiting time of a person who visits for consultation, by making the achievement information include the acceptance number and the consultation starting time.
