<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottle can and a bottle can with a cap which control the generation of a defect and buckling strength reduction in selling using a vending machine by setting the bottle can in a suitable form. <P>SOLUTION: This bottle can 10 made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy is provided with a large diameter body part 11, a shoulder part 12 which is connected to the top end of the body part 11 and whose diameter gradually becomes smaller toward the upper part in a can axis direction, and a mouth part 13 provided extensively upward in the can axis direction and jointly at the top end of the shoulder part 12 through a connecting part 15. The total length A of the can is≥130 mm and≤135 mm, the outer diameter C of the body part 11 is≥63 mm and≤69 mm, the length D in the can axis direction of the mouth part 13 is between 15 mm and 30 mm, and the outer diameter E of the mouth part 13 is≥31 mm and≤40 mm.
