<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a link operating device capable of controlling the rotational positions of end link members. <P>SOLUTION: The link operating device comprises three sets of link mechanisms in which the end link members are rotatably connected to link hubs arranged on input and output sides and the end link members on the input and output sides are rotatably connected to a central link member. The cross sections on the input side at central portions of the link mechanisms are geometrically the same as those on the output side.
