PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data structure of management information for voice related information for reproducing specific voice related information between different players, and provide an apparatus and a method for recording/reproducing information. SOLUTION: An information storage medium with voice related information recorded thereon has: a recording area including a first recording area with voice information coded by a first coding mode (α) recorded thereon and a second recording area on which the voice information coded by a second coding mode (β) to be always reproduced by all kinds of players is recorded; and a management area with management information regarding the recording area recorded thereon. Herein, the management area has at least reproducing procedure information indicating the reproducing procedure of voice related information. The information storage medium is provided on which music related information having such a data structure is recorded, or an information reproducing apparatus and aninformation recording apparatus both for handling such an information storage medium, and a method for therefor are provided.
