METAL MOLD, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR AND MOLDED FORM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a metal mold for a nano-printing which uses no thin-film technique requiring an expensive facility and taking a time for a machining, and which forms an irregular pattern in a nano-order by a transfer technique enabling a mass production, and also to provide the metal mold manufactured by the method, and a molded form manufactured by using the metal mold. SOLUTION: An edge 33 uses a V-shaped bite 32 to a mold raw material 20. A molded surface 25 with a V-shaped groove 26 for forming a diffraction grating is formed by a fly cutting system. When the diffraction grating is formed by using the metal mold 10 manufactured in this manner, the irregular shape of the molded surface 25 is transferred on the mold raw material by a resin mold and an embossing working in the metal mold.
