PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain as much distortion as possible of a key sheet with a plurality of key tops arranged in a narrow pitch. SOLUTION: The key sheet 6 is provided with a base sheet 11 made of a rubber-like elastic body and a plurality of key tops arranged in the base sheet 11 in a narrow pitch to be exposed from operating openings without partitioning crosspieces formed in a case of an equipment. A plurality of floating support parts 17 supporting the key tops in a floating state in free pressing displacement are provided at the base sheet 11, and reinforcing films 12 are provided at adjacent places of the floating support parts 17 corresponding to the narrow-pitch arrangements of the key tops.
