PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panelizing structure and method in which the workability is excellent since the panelizing works can be executed from the front face side and the construction term can be reduced and it can be installed even in a narrow site and further, even natural stones having different sizes can be made flush at the front face side, the stacked materials do not collapse even in the case backfilling materials run out. SOLUTION: In a steel connection bar 3 keeping respective stacked natural stones 2 and an expand metal 1 in a specified distance, one end side male screw part is inserted in the rear face side 2B of the natural stone 2, in the other end side male screw part, an engaging piece fitting to a rhombic opening of an expand metal 1 is screwed, in the connection rod 3 a fastening nut pressing a holding plate 6 onto the expansion metal 1 is screwed.
