PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulating structure of a permeable door capable of securing the permeability of a habitable room, developing sound insulation, and also developing a shading property. SOLUTION: This sound insulating structure comprises a surface door 1 and clearance parts 3 formed on the outer peripheral parts of the door. A sound absorbing material is disposed near the clearance parts 3 (desirably, the clearance parts 3 are formed in a tilted shape relative to the surface of the door 1 or in a crank shape), and at least a part of the sound insulating material is exposed to the clearance parts 3.
